Fundraiser
We
understand that local businesses are a most important source of funding for any
non-profit organization. We offer a new, exciting way for sponsors to contribute
to your organization while also bringing customers and profit to their
businesses. Arizona Venue offers community and family-oriented entertainment
that are popular and successful fund-raisers.
Sponsorship:
Banner placement is part of
what we can offer a sponsor. There are various locations that can provide banner
space.
On-screen advertising is a
great way for sponsors to market their products and brand name. We can
show anything that can be seen on a computer or television on our 50' screen or
even on the side of a building.

We offer carnival games of
various types as a service to the audience as entertainment during the day
portion of the event.
Grants:
You can contact your local Police and Fire Departments to see
if they would be interested in sponsoring the event in exchange for providing
them with a Public Service Announcement. We can show a video on pool safety for
the fire department. This is a very serious issue and should be addressed to the
public more often. There are lots of local and state funded programs this would
allow for a
great opportunity to reach a large group of people.
Donations:
Since the audience was able to bring their family out to a fun filled family
event and not have to spend tons of money to do so they are willing to
donate to a worthy cause. Most families and couples will donate $5 to $10 for the organization that
is hosting the event. People are willing to give when they know that it is going to a good cause.
You can either ask for donations at the gate or just announce that people will
be going around the audience to take up a collection before the Feature
Presentation
Raffles and split the pot:
People love games of chance. Our events have seen lots of money made for the host by selling a chance to split the pot with the
organization. If you can get businesses to donate some great giveaway
items. This will
increase the sell of the split the pot tickets because the audience will know
there is more than just one person that will get something for their money.
Over the years we have seen some really creative ways to earn funding. You
know your community better than anyone else. You have a better chance of getting
your local businesses to support your event, getting the audience to donate to
your cause and get those people in there buying up those concessions.
